The residential complex is located between Las Americas and San Eugenio and is well maintained. The main feature of this apartment is its location, the size of 40 square meters and the south terrace is good for 2 adults. In the small kitchen, breakfast can be prepared. With children, the stay should probably take but not more than a week. The harbor Puerto Colon and Beach are not far away and starting point for many excursions.

The apartment is quiet and yet centrally located. The beach (Money Beach / Playa del Bobo) or Porto Colon is just a few meters. The pool belonging to the apartment is well maintained and offers sun all day long until late in the evening. The area is full of restaurants and bars and is within easy walking distance. From the English breakfast for 3 euros to the T-Bonesteak or Italians can be found in abundance in the area. As Tenerife is known as an island, they should also take a closer look at the fish specialties, to be highly recommended.

The apartment has a small kitchen. The two single beds can be put together comfortably and the folding sofa is good for spontaneous visitors but also suitable for children. Surroundings:
A bus station is within easy reach as well as parking facilities are nearby. Taxi driving is affordable throughout the south of Tenerife, but also distances for exapl to Los Cristianos are in 30 min. Good enough along the coast. Many of the bars on the way often offer drinks around the 1-2-Euro.
